The success of the MCPA Support Staff Conference lies on the quantity and quality of programs presented. We hope you will consider sharing the great things that you are doing on your campus with your colleagues. Program proposals should highlight personal and professional growth and concentrate on topics that will increase support staff engagement on campus, review strategies for collaboration, and discuss how to develop personally and professionally. Additionally, programs should focus on the amazing things our current members are doing on their own campuses that other colleagues can learn from and adapt to their positions.
