MCPA Support Staff Conference
Friday, March 16, 2012 ~ 9:00am-3:00pm
MCPA is proud to announce our Annual Support Staff Conference. The theme for this year's conference is "You are the Pillar of the Office." MCPA's Annual Support Staff Conference, hosted at McDaniel College will encourage participants to take a closer, more meaningfull look at themselves and the important work they do. Through various sessions and discussions, participants will gain knowledge on goal setting, improving job performance, job satisfaction, and efficiency. Our Annual Support Staff Conference strives to provide affordable and timely professional development for our irreplaceable support staff. Program proposals should highlight self-discovery and concentrate on topics that will improve support staff members daily functions, workplace management, and professional development. Additionally, programs should focus on the amazing things our current members are doing on their own campuses that other colleagues can learn from and adapt to their positions.
